Home Based Wound Care
Home based wound care brings specialized treatment of chronic and complex wounds to you. In addition to standard wound therapies, our providers offer vascular screening, diagnostics, advanced wound care modalities, and specialist referrals. Patients requiring specialized transport and/or assistance to leave the home would qualify for covered services.
